We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, appointment details, medical history, uploaded reports, prescriptions) and information generated through your use of the platform (login activity, appointment history, payment records).
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide clinical services (appointments, EMR, prescriptions, diet plans, follow-ups), process payments, send appointment/health notifications, and improve the platform. Medical data is only shared with the treating doctor(s) and clinic administrators involved in your care.
3. AI-Assisted Features
Uploaded lab reports may be processed by an AI system to generate a plain-language summary. This summary is informational only, is reviewed by a licensed doctor before being treated as clinically meaningful, and never constitutes a diagnosis on its own.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted by role (patient/doctor/admin). Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Uploaded medical reports are access-controlled and not publicly accessible.
5. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Razorpay; video consultations use Jitsi Meet. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data they process on our behalf.
