Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations
Patients may cancel or reschedule an appointment from their patient portal up to [X hours] before the scheduled slot for a full refund.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made after the window above, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within [X business days]. Processing times beyond this are dependent on your bank/card issuer.
4. Doctor-Initiated Cancellations
If a doctor cancels or is unavailable for a confirmed appointment, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
5. Contact for Refund Requests
To request a refund, use the Contact page with your appointment ID and payment reference.
